Online Admission Application
We are delighted you are interested in completing an Application for Admission.  Our online application is available through Orcas Mosaic and has been standardized with a group of Puget Sound independent schools called the Northwest Admissions Collaborative. Once you begin the online application, you are able to create a login and complete the application at your convenience whether all at once or completing sections as time allows.

The Application, Parent/Guardian Statement, Student Essay (for 5th-8th grade) and Teacher Evaluations are part of our online application.

Below is the Admission Checklist for 2013-2014 school year:

  3. Parents/guardians are responsible for submitting the JDS Transcript Release directly to your child's current school.
  4. The JDS Authorization for Exchange of Confidential Information should be completed with your child's current teachers and school, as well as any specialists your child is working with currently or has worked with in the past and sent directly to JDS.
