Dear JDS Families,
As we approach the Thanksgiving break and reflect on the first part of the 2023–2024 school year, I find myself humbled and overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible strength and resilience demonstrated by our community. In a fall season marked by global challenges and uncertainties, it is heartening to witness the unwavering support and unity that define us as a school family.
In the face of adversity, our students, parents, faculty, and staff have come together to create a welcoming environment that prioritizes Jewish education and identity, academic excellence, and the emotional well-being of each individual. The recent challenges we have faced have only strengthened our bonds, reminding us that it is through adversity that true character is revealed.
In the spirit of the season, I encourage each of you to take a moment to express gratitude for the relationships that define our JDS family. Whether through a kind word, a gesture of appreciation, or a simple acknowledgment of the strength we find in one another, let us celebrate the ties that make this community our collective home.
With Gratitude,
Meghan
